The lack of coordination, communication, and ridiculous requests for unnecessary and unneeded documentation to simply rent a house makes me seriously wonder if this isn't a fraud or identity theft operation. But I suppose that's exactly what they want. Had I known that the substantial amount of information entered and the documents uploaded through the application were just a start, I would have stopped right then and never would have paid the application fees. Emails from 5 different people requesting that I send them the exact same information I already uploaded on the website? Multiple telephone calls from me, messages left, and not a single return call. Send them all emails and email threads from my company relating to my transfer? Really? Like I'm going to send them privileged internal communication from my company? Provide copies of 1040's for my wife who doesn't work, and my son who is a student and doesn't work? Provide "2 BS"? I don't even know what that is. Documentation that is needlessly intrusive and well beyond anything reasonable or customary. After finally getting through that and paying the application fees, the demand for an unbelievable amount of additional documentation is sent. The web page barely functions, not allowing input in many areas and kicking you back to the beginning repeatedly. The application process is an unmitigated disaster.
